What does shipping cost?
In the Netherlands, you pay 6.95, and within the EU, 9.95. From 75 euros, we ship for free, in the Netherlands and in the EU.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver to all EU countries. With every order, you will receive a tracking and tracing code as soon as your package is on its way.
What IP rating do I need?
Under a shelter, IP44 is sufficient. For fixtures fully exposed to the elements, choose IP54 or IP65. Ground lights in paving must be IP67.
Which light color looks best outside?
For ambiance around the patio and front door, most people choose 2700K or 3000K. 4000K is brighter and more functional, for example for a driveway or shed.
Does the fixture come with a bulb?
For fixtures with integrated LED, the light source is built-in. For fixtures with a socket, you choose when ordering whether you want a light source included and in which light colour.
Can I return my order?
You have 14 days to change your mind after receipt. Contact us at info@outdoor-lighting.eu to make a return, and we will send you the instructions.
